Embodiment coaching and nervous system recovery are powerful ways to reconnect with your body when life feels challenging.
I help you explore how stress or past experiences show up in your body, gently shifting patterns that no longer serve you. This allows you to come closer to who you are and meet life with openness, feeling safe and more present, finally moving in a direction that feels right for you at this moment.
My approach is playful and creative, while grounded in evidence-based techniques that provide structure and support, meeting you where you’re at.
What can embodiment coaching do for you?
When life feels challenging, lasting change doesn’t come from pushing harder, but from reconnecting with your body. You’ll test and explore how you are in your body when faced with difficulties. Together we discover old embodied patterns that don’t serve you and build new ones that do.
You’ll build confidence and self-trust that you can literally feel.
I also introduce to you embodiment tools that both help you tackle challenges in the moment and provide long-term support.
What is nervous system recovery?
If things have been more challenging because of trauma or chronic stress, a longer and more structured approach is needed.
Over the course of 12 sessions you will retrain your nervous system and how your body makes predictions to no longer respond as if it’s under threat. Instead, your body will act from a place of safety and presence.
This approach is based on contemporary trauma research.
