The nervous system is adaptable and capable of change, thanks to neuroplasticity.

Research suggests that it takes at least 8-12 weeks of regular practice for the nervous system to begin forming new, sustainable pathways, making it more flexible, adaptable, and resilient.

I'm a certified coach/counsellor specialising in embodiment and nervous system-informed care. Alongside that, I'm training towards becoming a Feldenkrais practitioner and Biodynamic therapist. My practice grows as I do.

Because I'm still building this practice, I work with a sliding scale: €40–€100 per session based on what works for you, no questions asked.

All coaching sessions are online. If you would like to have an in-person session, please contact me for availability. I’m based in The Hague, Netherlands.

A few times a year, I also take on a limited number of pro bono clients. If this resonates with you, feel free to contact me directly via selkasoma.embodiment@gmail.com.

Please note that concerns involving psychosis, severe anger problems, complex trauma, severe depression, suicidal ideation, serious forms of OCD, or personality disorders require long-term support or specialised care beyond my scope.
